Its one of the strangest offers i have ever seen on fiverr, "Anto23" as she name her self on fiverr from Italy offers to paint any logo or message on her back for just 5$ and she can also add your website url for an extra 5$ more (thats a new way for getting traffic though), Anto23 says that she uses Body Art technique to paint in her back and then takes photos to send to the guests, she already had many guests and her GiG is already on first page fiverr gig's page as she have also 23 orders in queue, and here is some photos she made:
